A new take on pumpkin pie for the holidays

Cookie Base

1 pouch (1lb. 1.5 oz.) Betty Crocker oatmeal cookie mix
&amp;#189; cup crushed gingersnap cookies
&amp;#189; cup finely chopped pecans
&amp;#189; cup cold butter 

Filling

2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
&amp;#189; cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons whipping cream
2 eggs

Topping

? cup chocolate topping
? cup caramel topping

Mom and I made our first&amp;nbsp; redwork quilt together and won&amp;nbsp;first place in the Woman's Club Arts and Crafts.

Mom did the redwork and I quilted.&amp;nbsp;Check out the snow"man"&amp;nbsp;Frosty...with the beard! Did she follow the pattern? 
My mom gets a little mischievous when she&amp;nbsp;sews! Or did she?
