Damaged or Defective Merchandise Claims: Our merchandise is carefully inspected and packed before shipping. Retain the original shipping box and report any damaged or defective items within 3 days to 1-606-432-8616.
Returns: Returns must have a return authorization number and should be requested within ten (10) days of receipt of your merchandise. This RA number may be obtained by calling 1-606-432-8616 Monday-Saturday between 10:00 AM and 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. Authorized returns or exchanges may be returned at your expense within 30 days of receipt of order. Your returned items must be in the original packaging. Any items returned to BlueBee Quilting, Fabric and Gift Shoppe without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
Returns For Credit: If merchandise is returned within thirty (30) days of purchase in original, unopened packaging, you will be issued a store credit for the full amount of the purchase minus a 5% restocking fee. We do not provide Credit card refunds, due to the high cost of chargebacks. Merchandise that is not in perfect condition will be declined Laundered items will not be accepted.
Exchanges: Should you choose to return items for an exchange we will be happy to credit your account with a gift certificate or bill your credit card for the difference in price for the exchange merchandise provided the returned merchandise is in original condition and packaging.
NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM ORDERS, DISCOUNTED OR DISCONTINUED MERCHANDISE OR MONOGRAMMED ITEMS.
